St. Vladimir's Basket Raffle:  Aid to Ukraine

Drawing:  Sunday, May 15, 2022 

Many ways to participate:  In Person, Online entry, Paper Form submission 

1. In person: Purchase tickets and make your selections in our church hall any Sunday after liturgy.  Tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10
2. Online:  Fill out the Google Form found at this link.  Select how many tickets you will purchase, then indicate the baskets where you would like to place one or more tickets. Then, go to the church website donation page at this link to pay for your tickets.  Be sure to select **Aid to Ukraine in the “give to” drop down list.
3. Paper form: Print and fill out the paper form found at this link.  Send the form along with your check to made out to St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral to our church address:  6740 N. 5^th Street Philadelphia, PA 19126  Attn:  A. Swan.  Please list “Aid to Ukraine” in the memo section of your check.

Drawing will begin on Sunday, May 15^th at approximately NOON.  All winners will be notified.  You do not need to be present to win.  See our Frequently Asked Questions with information on how to pick up your prize, if you are a winner.
