Many ways to participate:

1.  Online - Fill out the 2021 Basket Raffle online form found here.  Make your basket selections on the form and indicate the number of tickets you want in each basket.  Pay for your yellow tickets through the "Donate" tab of our website found here.  Be sure to select "Basket Raffle Yellow Tickets 2021" as the FUND.  TICKETS ARE $10.00 FOR 25 CHANCES.  LAST DAY FOR ONLINE TRANSACTIONS IS OCTOBER 19!

2.   Paper - Print off the Basket Selection Form found here.  Indicate the number of yellow tickets you would like placed in each basket you are interested in, then mail the form with your check (payable to St. Vladimir UOC) to Dori Nemeth (address below).  TICKETS ARE $10.00 FOR 25 CHANCES. COMPLETED PAPER FORMS AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY OCTOBER 19!

3.   In person - Come browse the baskets/gift cards, purchase and deposit your tickets in the church hall on Sunday, September 26 (11:15AM - noon), Sunday, October 17 (11:15AM - noon), Saturday October 23 (11AM - 12:30PM), or Sunday, October 24 (11:15AM - noon).  TICKETS ARE $10.00 FOR 25 CHANCES.

Drawing will begin on Sunday, October 24th at NOON.  Those who purchased tickets are welcome to stay for the drawing, but  we will not be serving food and request that you wear a mask.

You do NOT need to be present to win. All winners will be notified, if not present.
